Non-stick performance
The Teflon-coated pots cook eggs and oatmeal without the burned-on residue typical of uncoated aluminum. At 2 years of quarterly use, the coating on our test set shows light scratching but no delamination. Use only plastic or silicone utensils — metal utensils destroy Teflon quickly.
